1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing our website and using our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you disagree with any part of the terms, then you may not access the service.

2. Services

Pro Surface Protection provides stone and marble surface protection film installation services. All quotes provided are estimates and subject to final inspection of the surfaces to be protected.

3. Warranties

We offer a 10-year warranty on our protection film installations. This warranty covers peeling, bubbling, and yellowing under normal use. It does not cover intentional damage, improper cleaning with abrasive chemicals, or structural damage to the underlying stone.

4. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall Pro Surface Protection, nor its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses.
